Toggle Recoil Technique

A chiropractic adjustment is a quick, gentle thrust followed by the immediate removal of the practitioner's hands. This technique, known as the toggle recoil, aims to persuade the bone to return to its correct position without forcing or stressing the joint or body. Adjustments to the upper cervical region are important due to their direct influence on the brain stem, which controls basic life processes.

Activator Technique

The Activator Methods Chiropractic Technique (AMCT) uses leg-length analysis to determine when to adjust the spine based on the concept of pelvic deficiency (P.D.). It has evolved from 40 years of study and 15 years of research, using the latest advances in orthopedic, neurological, and chiropractic examinations. AMCT utilizes the Activator Adjusting Instrument for consistent low-force, high-speed chiropractic adjustments.
